They are both time-saving systems!
About three weeks ago, I decided to start meal prepping for the week. I chose a few simple meals, purchased the ingredients, and started cooking.
This effort provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two people for five days.
Despite not loving the cooking process, it was freeing not to worry about daily meal planning, and it helped us manage portion sizes to avoid overeating.
