Feature of the Month: LastPass

Discover the Best Features of LastPass – Feature of the Month

In the early 90s, paying bills meant using a checkbook and filing your bills and paper receipts in a filing cabinet.

Today, we pay our bills online, eliminating the need for physical documents, checkbooks and filing cabinets.

Alongside bill payments, online platforms
facilitate activities like shopping, streaming movies, and managing business operations, which involve numerous usernames and passwords.

For a long time, I carried a mini spreadsheet of usernames and passwords in my wallet and starting a small business made things worse. Right before I found a better option, my mini spreadsheet of usernames and passwords had grown to 153 accounts on one piece of paper!

That’s 153 usernames and 153 passwords to remember!

YIKES!

Walking around with this information in my wallet was NOT a good idea!

Thankfully, I found a better way.

Introducing LastPass, our Feature of the Month.

LastPass is an application that securely stores all your account credentials in one vault. It is accessible via a single Master Password and provides additional features like autofill and notes for each account.

LastPass also prioritizes security with top-tier encryption and certifications, safeguarding your data from cyber threat. It also informs you when your data has been compromised and offers additional authentication to protect your account.

Personal plans start at $3.00/month, while business plans cater to teams of all sizes.

Now that you know how amazing LastPass can be for your business, it’s time to set it up.

Setting up and managing multiple accounts can be overwhelming for busy business owners, but because I’m a virtual assistant, I can help with this!

Hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) can be the way to go for many reasons:

  • Time-saver: A virtual assistant can free up your time from the tedious task of manually entering passwords.
  • Efficient: A virtual assistant can quickly and accurately enter passwords, reducing the risk of errors.
  • Convenient: You can delegate this task to a virtual assistant, saving yourself the trouble of doing it yourself.

As someone who relies on LastPass for personal and business use, I can attest to its efficiency in managing numerous accounts securely.
